Firstly, who in their right mind would want to be a secondary school teacher? Secondly, if you’re crazy enough to pursue that profession, at least migrate to Asia, where the students are disciplined, eager to learn, and respect the teachers!
Europe is cooked, and this film shows why you’d have to be nuts to a be teacher! It’s a German film, and it basically places the protagonist in a moral dilemma, and we as the audience get to see her punished for her choices. Yeah, it’s interesting, but as a film, not really my cup of tea. Also, there’s the usual propaganda at play, where the filmmakers try to create a sense of guilt in the audience for believing the information they present you with, before pulling the rug from under you. It’s a cheap tactic, and I expect no less from the Germans (even the Turkish ones). Interestingly, the film is worth a watch, just don’t fall for the b.s.
