The Devil's Advocate - Friday 27th December 2024

I first saw this in the cinema, back in the late 90s, and never thought it was anything special.

Thirty odd years later, and it's clear to see how brilliant it is! I Loved it!
This may be partly because film’s nowadays are pretty sh!t, but also because when it was released, it was marketed as a horror, when it’s very clearly a supernatural morality tale, with one man’s soul at stake.

Pacino is brilliant, and Keanu Reeves is always a pleasure to watch on screen.
If you haven’t seen it, or haven’t seen it for a while, do yourself a favour and go watch it again. It’s a great film!
