Pulp Fiction - Saturday 4th January 2025

So I watched Pulp Fiction for only the second or third time, and for the first time since the mid/late 90s! My thoughts remain the same. Yes, it's original, yes it's clever, but is it one of my favourite films? No. Is it my favourite Tarantino film? No.

Pulp Fiction is a firm favourite amongst filmmakers and enthusiasts, and many use it as an example of Tarantino’s genius. I’m not one of those people. It’s a decent film, for sure, but not one I’m likely to keep revisiting. It did launch a whole new style of films and copycats though, none of which are that good either!

I appreciate it, nonetheless (before you all attack me!).
