Joker folie à deux - Sunday 9th November 2024

Sigh. What a mess. A very well made, but massively disappointing film, and a complete (and utter) waste of time!

It's basically two and a half hours of watching a character getting shat on, with absolutely zero pay off, which as an audience member, is basically a slap in the face. As many have already said, the joke is on the audience, who are treated with utter contempt by the filmmakers.

Honestly, Hollywood deserves to go bust when they treat their fans like this (I'm also thinking of the Star Wars sequels).
